These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the EGICS website, registration processes, and participation in the European Geothermal Innovation & Capital Summit 2026 in Munich.
By accessing this website or applying to attend the summit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Invitation and Admission
EGICS is an invitation-only event. An application to attend does not guarantee admission or a ticket.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke invitations at any time at their sole discretion, without providing reasons.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable without written consent from the organizers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, presentations, branding, logos, and materials provided at the summit or on this website are the intellectual property of the organizers, speakers, or respective copyright owners.
Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or reproducing of summit presentations, workshops, or pitch decks is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the summit, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred by attendees due to alterations, postponements, or cancellations of the summit.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and collaboratively.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Munich, Germany.
